Shipping policy

All orders are processed, packaged and shipped from San Francisco, California.

All products are currently in production and not available to ship right away. Pre-orders will be opening very soon and we expect to start shipping mid-November. 

Domestic Customers

Upon checkout you have 3 shipping options. The estimated shipping times for each service is below.

USPS Ground: 2-5 business days

UPS Ground: 1-5 business days

UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days

Local Pickup and Delivery

We are offering local pickup and delivery to customers in San Francisco. You can select this option upon checkout. 

We will reach out to you to coordinate the delivery after purchase.

International Customers (outside of the U.S.)

Due to the complexities of international shipping, we will only be offering shipping to select countries outside of the U.S. during pre-orders. 

Tariffs, taxes and duties are are the customers responsibility, and are not covered by Adventure Notes Co.

These additional costs vary from country to country so it is not possible to give an exact estimate on.
