What is the return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, you can update your shipping address or cancel your order anytime before it ships. Just email us at hello@adventurenotes.co
When will I get my order?
Upon checkout you have 3 shipping options. The estimated shipping times for each service is below.
USPS Ground: 2-5 business days
UPS Ground: 1-5 business days
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
In addition to the shipping times, orders take 2-3 days to process.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship to most countries.
Tariffs, taxes and duties are the customers responsibility, and are not covered by Adventure Notes Co.
These additional costs vary from country to country so it is not possible to give an exact estimate on.

Our journals are manufactured in Turkey with a partner who prioritizes supporting their local community, employing a diverse workforce, and making products in a sustainable and ethical manner.
Where is Adventure Notes based out of?
Adventure Notes is based out of California, USA.
Every order is packaged and shipped from our primary location in California.
